Maria Clinkenbeard, Owner & Designer
Maria envisioned creating a custom announcement & design studio while designing hand-drawn note cards in her dorm room in Oxford, Mississippi. After graduating from the University of Mississippi with a degree in Graphic Design, her passion for paper grew. The desire to advance as a designer led to several opportunities, which prepared her to follow her dream and open the doors to Green Bean Paper Company in 2013.

Prior to establishing her homegrown custom announcement and design studio, she worked at one of the Southeast’s leading advertising agencies, The Buntin Group, in Nashville,TN. She also spent time working at Southern Living Magazine, in Birmingham, AL, and as an intern at Hatch Show Print.

Maria’s first passion is spending time with her husband and three carefree children who inspire her to love with compassion & understanding, as well as pursue her passion for exploring new opportunities for growth through the outdoors. Her past experiences combined with her desire to turn special occasions into cherished memories, are the perfect combination for creating thoughtful custom designs with memorable embellishments.
